Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
Check platforms for new orders - Shopee, Lazada, Webstore (via SiteGiant) Fulfil and pack orders for delivery Ensure store and warehouse is neat and tidy
Weekly Tasks
Post new SKUs to platforms Arrange incoming shipping Unbox and check new inventory
Monthly
Tasks
Stock take
Qualifications
Experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce preferred. Familiarity with platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Carousell. Comfortable using project management tools (like Notion). Organised, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks without supervision. Good communication skills for team and supplier coordination.

Notion (task management) WhatsApp (customer and supplier communication) Excel/Google Sheets (reporting) Shopee, Lazada, Carousel (eCommerce platforms)
