As a cofounder of Fellou.ai , you will be deeply involved in the daily operation and management of the company, ensuring the smooth progress of all business operations and achieving the company's strategic goals and sustainable development.




Main Responsibilities


Develop and execute the company's operational strategy, optimize the company's operational processes, and improve operational efficiency and quality. Manage the company's daily operational affairs, including administrative management, human resource management, financial management, etc., to ensure the efficient operation of the company. Work closely with other founders and the senior management team to jointly formulate the company's development strategy and major decisions. Establish and maintain good relationships with external partners and customers to enhance the company's brand image and market influence.


Qualifications


- Have rich experience in company operation and management, and those with successful experience in participating in the operation of start - up companies are preferred.


Have comprehensive business knowledge and keen market insight, and be able to respond to various operational challenges and market changes.
