OPERATION LOGISTICS EXECUTIVE
s:
- Assist Business Support Manager in overseeing the daily administration of the Operations and Admin Department
- Administration of Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
- Liaising with customer on orders, delivery coordination, communicating with suppliers
- Data entry, maintaining of data in in-house ERP system
- Handling inventory management, logistics support & co-ordination
- Minimum GCE N/O/ITE Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to perform despite tight schedules, Independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset.
- Must take initiative to complete task assigned.
- Positive working attitude, strong attention to detail and proactivity.
