Operation Manager ($3800 $4800/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Oversee production and operation team from start to end.
- Negotiate with external vendors and suppliers on contract agreements.
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule.
- Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment.
- Resolve any problems that may arise.
- Identify risks and perform risk responses.
- Plan construction operations and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Allocate resources to ensure they are available throughout the construction projects.
- Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in A&A (Additional & Alteration) renovation work including F&B, Retails, Offices is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
