In this Role, you'll get to

Provide operational support to the local Business Development(BD) team and hotel partners Support the BD team in troubleshooting and investigating issues using both internal tools and external feedback Act as a consultant to internal cross-functional stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations Work with Market Director to develop business plans and share insights to drive partner growth Support the Country Leader and BD team with data analysis across various projects and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Responsible for the local BD training

What you'll Need to Succeed

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree 5 to 8 years of relevant experiences, preferably including 1-3 years in the OTA or hospitality industry Strong communication and data analysis skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights to Business Development leaders and the team Problem-solving ability and clear communication skills for complex topics Willingness to travel frequently or undertake long-term assignments abroad, as required by business needs
