Location: Central
5 days per week
Basic up to $6k
Industry: Car park + retail operation
Job Scope:
Oversees & manage the parking facilities & operation
Conduct regular check & arrange for facilities maintenance as needed
Addressed to any complaints or matter arise within car park premise
Conduct routine check on within premise to ensure drivers are adhere to parking regulation
Carry out mitigation action on vehicle/owner that breaching the parking rule such as clamp, fine & escalate to security.
Responsible to maintain safety & security level within premise
Prepare report for management\'s routine review
Planning on resources spending based on budget given to upkeep the premise as per SLA.
Job Requirement:
Prefer candidate with relevant working experience in supervising/managing car park premise
Good communication skills & capability to manage the entire car park premise
