Job Description

Position Title: Operation Manager
Location: Lentor
Working Day: 5 day work week
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
Salary: $4,000-$5,500 (Depends on Experience)Job Scope:

• Ensuring the business operates within the company\'s mission statement
• Design and build our operations infrastructure
• Design and implement operations workflow processes and improvements
• Ensure order processing and execution is done seamlessly
• Ensure effective planning and execution of operations
• Analyze statistics
• Provide development and improvement in the short term and long term operations performed
• Cost and defects tracking
• Involvement in day-to-day operations
• Manage a team of operational staff from dispatch to warehouse

Requirement:

• 5-10 years\' experience in operation management in F&B/Retail/E-commerce/FMCG environment
