Job Description

s:

• Oversee daily operations of the Plants Rental Department.
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress
• Focus on preventing and reducing unplanned schedule changes by tracking and communicating root causes to missed schedule adherence.
• Scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring timely delivery of our service to the customers
• Collaborate and connect between departments (Customer Service, Sales, Procurement, Accounts, Marketing) providing support and ensuring that all the team requests are met.
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills with ability to manage employees
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations
• Write and submit reports to company leadership in all matters of importance
• Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Forecast labour, materials and equipment needs

Requirements:

• Min Diploma level
• 3 to 4 years of managing operations, preferably in landscaping service.
• Work with a high standard of performance, personal integrity, and fairness.
• Demonstrate strong initiative with ability to work with limited direct supervision
• Demonstrate strong administrative paperwork and organizational skills
• Valid Singapore Driving license.
• Min 3-4 years experience
