Job Description

Key Responsibilities



1. Project Planning & Execution



Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple construction sites. Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, timelines, and work plans. Manage and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

2. Budget & Cost Control



Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability. Approve purchases and monitor project expenditures against approved budgets.

3. Team Leadership



Lead, supervise, and motivate project managers, site supervisors, and support staff. Conduct regular coordination meetings to ensure progress alignment and accountability. Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations to develop team capability.

4. Quality & Compliance



Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Implement and monitor workplace safety practices in accordance with OSHA or equivalent requirements.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management



Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and project documentation.

6. Risk Management



Identify operational and site-related risks, and implement appropriate mitigation measures. * Respond promptly and effectively to project issues and emergencies.
