• Lead and oversee the supply chain and order processing team by providing day-to-day leadership and management in the areas of improving supply chain flexibility and cost reduction
• Responsible for inventory management
• Ensure supply continuity & stock availability through effective procurement and inventory management.
• Maintain company\'s stock at recommended stock holding level
• Lead monthly sales forecast meeting to support the supply and demand of all company products
• Periodically review stock obsolescence and action plan
• Review and provide monthly stock provision
• Generate reports on actual against forecast sales quantity and to constantly monitor on the accuracy of forecast sales quantity
• Ensure proper workflow in the Purchase Order Process, Goods Received Process and the handling of non-conforming items received
• Liaise with vendors on all issues relating to purchases and receipt of goods and also on stock out issue and urgent request of stock
• Handle insurance claims for damaged/lost goods and cargoes
• Manage third party logistics service providers, including negotiating renewal of contracts
• Provide monthly inventory reports and other regional reports required
• Responsible for annual stock take and reconciliation of the company\'s inventory
• Improve order to cash operation, including improve the billings and SCM workflow process
• Resolve complex billing issues and implement quality billing practices and procedures, including outsourcing of the functions while meeting customers\' expectations
• Achieve the KPI set by regional in inventory management
• Secure compliance in the billing and SCM process
• Act as an intermediary among stakeholders including 3PL vendors, accounts receivables, sales, service counterparts

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
• Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Has a flair for numbers
• Proficient in Ms Excel
