& Requirements

Management of feedback from multiple channels

Coordinating relevant follow-up actions with multiple parties required to address the feedback.

Verifying work done as part of the follow-up actions.

Conducting onsite surveillance to verify the feedback received and for enforcement purposes.

Conducting onsite surveys.

Conducting face-to-face engagements with feedback providers (FPs), public and pet owners on site

Taking necessary actions to address and resolve the feedback, including consulting supervisors/team members and other agencies.

Monday to friday : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM

Requirement :

Diploma in any fields.

Possess good writing, interpersonal and communication skills.

Patient, attentive, approachable and customer-oriented.

Willing to work in an outdoor environment.

Team player with initiative, drive and good interpersonal/communication skills and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,700.00 - $2,800.00 per month
