Operation & Service Technician

Job Description
The Operation & Service Technician is responsible for support of our local team on customer services for electrical panel manufacturing and assist in daily work process activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer complaint & rectify the problems at site. Understand the work process of steel enclosure manufacturing, provide suggestive solution to factory for customer feedback. Responsible for weekly import & export items. Assist delivery lorry for loading/unloading. Collecting of urgent materials from local suppliers. Assist to set up in-house FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) Assist with simple installation, assembly & wiring job Responsible to keep warehouse area tidy Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Required to travel to local customer sites Required to travel to our factory in Senai (Johor)
Requirements:
Nitec/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Candidate with relevant experience will be an advantage Required to own personal transport (Motor Bike) Advantage to have Class 3 Driving Licence Able to commence immediately/in short notice
