Job Description
Location: Marsiling Secondary School Address: 12 Marsiling Road, Singapore 739110
Contract Period: From 02 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2024. (Subject to extension)
Working Hours:
During Morning Shift:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 6.00am to 3:30 pm , inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Friday: 6.00am to 3:00pm , inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9.30am to 7:00pm , inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
- Friday: 10.00am to 7:00pm , inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
Job Scope:
- Opening and closing of school premises
- Maintaining general cleanliness of equipment and workplace
- Providing logistical support for school events and activities including carrying and arranging of furniture and equipment
- Simple administrative and office work
- Operating and maintaining basic office equipment and materials
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
- At least 3 years of similar working experience as operations support staff
- Preferably to have worked in a similar work environment
- Medically fit
- Good team player
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
