What you\'ll be doing on the jobThe Operation Support Technician, Roving (Conversion) is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to various departments within the organization during the conversion process. The technician will work closely with the conversion team to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions to daily operations. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance to staff, and maintaining documentation related to the conversion process.Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the conversion team to identify and resolve technical issues during the conversion process
  • Providing on-site support to various departments, assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes
  • Conducting training sessions for staff members to ensure they are familiar with new technologies and procedures
  • Monitoring the progress of the conversion and reporting any issues or concerns to the project manager
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of the conversion process, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals
  • Assisting with the development and execution of test plans to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of new systems
  • Providing post-conversion support to ensure a smooth transition and address any ongoing technical issues
