We are hiring Operation Team Lead in CTS Singapore.

Mission

1. Lead, guide and coach technicians in daily field activities.
2. Act as first line technical support leader for major services and critical breakdown interventions.
3. Perform overall customer service function with complete operational task and related activities for CTS division.
Responsible for overall CTS technical skills competency and process development.

Work closely with Service Operations Manager and Technical Manager:

  • Monitor and measure overall operation activity to ensure job completion timely, maintain healthy WIP (
60 days), improve productivity. * Analyze and reduce repeat job rates to improve efficiency
  • Provide technical support to CTS sales personnel on technical query.
  • Provide technical support to Service Planners on job assignments and technical clarifications by preparing Technical Report according to guidelines set
  • Provide 1st line aftermarket technical support for field technical personnel
  • Assess technical team\'s skill & competency and propose development program/training plan to Technical Mgr.
  • Ensure the technicians promptly provide service recommendations to customer and internal follow up.
  • Ensure the technicians\' job progress and co-ordination produce best customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control technician\'s overtime based on company\'s regulations.
  • Ensure overall technical teams\' adherence and compliance to EHS & ISO standards and procedure.
  • Follow up to ensure FSE measurement tools calibrated within validate.
  • Assist operation in internal and external audit follow up.
  • Carry out instructions to achieve operational performance goals.
  • Mature with high level self-discipline and demonstrates strong leadership.
  • Ability to function/handle dynamic and demanding work environment
  • Ability to maintain conducive work environment and foster close working relationship with team
  • High level commitment towards achieving set goals.
