Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist Supervisor in monitoring and troubleshooting process plant for smooth operation
- Ensure smooth start-up and shutdown of process plant
- Monitor plant utilities and machinery for abnormalities and provide feedback to Shift Supervisor for rectification
- Guide and lead Operators in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities
- Familiarity with industrial control systems and software
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
