Responsibilities

Support the Supervisor in maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the processing plant is running efficiently.
To ensure that the entire processing facility runs without a hitch.
Inform the shift supervisor of any strange utility or machine behavior in the plant so that they can fix it.
To oversee the routine maintenance and troubleshooting for a group of operators.

Requirements

Capable of working overtime or shift work.
Practical problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplined environment under high pressure.
