Execute tasks assigned such as production inspection recovery operating machine cross departments support and etc. Perform material preparation, material loading and keeping track of material availability. Set-up, operate and support all equipment during operations. Maintain process control and carry out routine check verification and repair work. Carry out periodic and preventive maintenance programs on both hardware and system software. Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected Assist Manufacturing/Process Engineer in executing continuous improvement plan to attain cost reduction program for customer and to meet company's goals. Assist Manufacturing/Process Engineer in initiating action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity. Assist and execute the implementation of product non-conformity solution. Removed physical refuse and debris, organizing tools to maintain safe, effective work environment. Ensure production operation meets the company's quality policy and objectives and comply with customer requirements. Assist in any audit and cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy.
