Job Description
As an Operational Excellence Manager, the role involves supporting the sales team in being the subject matter expert for the aerospace logistics field. The individual will be responsible for implementations, customer support and continuous improvement projects.

Description
As an Operational Excellence manager, the role oversees the digitalisation and implementation of solutions for the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing sales support on digitalisation and IT tools solutions for the organisation.
- Manage the SOPs, customer onboarding and operations support for the organisation.
- Oversee the training on aerospace solutions in the organisation.
- Manage the training systems, order management and developing IT solutions to ensure business objectives are met.
- Be part of the continuous improvement projects.
- Individuals with a Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics or any related discipline is a plus.
- Strong experience in MS Excel and Power BI is highly advantageous.
- More than 4 years of experience in freight forwarding is a plus.
- More than 6 years of project management experience is a plus.
- Individuals that are data savvy and technology driven is a plus.
- Great problem solving and communication skills is a plus.
