Operational Excellence Area Specialist (OPEX/ Pharma/ SMS Operating Standards)
12 Months Contract
Location: Gul Circle
Up to $6,000 depending on experience

IMMEDIATE VACANCY
Our client aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine business challenges
Job Summary:

• To lead and drive operational excellence within the site.
• Focuses on implementing strategies and programs to enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• By leveraging lean principles, operational best practices, and digital solutions, the position aims to deliver measurable performance improvements, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and contribute to achieving business excellence and sustainable growth

• Being the OPEX method and training referent for his/her area and supporting M&S network (e.g Maturity Assessment execution, SMS Trainer, etc.)
• Drive the change of mindset related to continuous improvement & learning organization
• Driving performance & transformation initiatives (e.g., SMS 2.0 deployment, boosters, Factory 4.0 solutions, etc.)
• Ensuring impact & sustainability of the performance & transformation initiatives
• Contributing to the development of operating standards in close partnership with dedicated ecosystem leaders
• Support SMS activities such as trainings and workshops for the site
• Driving locally the technical implementation in partnership with Product Owner, and Digital
• Partnering with Business and OpEx team to ensure adoption and value capture
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting when required
• Provide digital learnings & trainings to key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Operations environment, with minimum 2 years of experience in Biologics/Pharma
• Experience in transformation and change management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other similar and related disciplines;
• Good influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills across a broad spectrum of different stakeholders (e.g., Production, Quality, ITS, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
• Structured approach & data driven, analytical & synthesis skills
• Knowledge of SMS operating standards (certification) & main Operational Excellence techniques (e.g., problem solving, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Continuous Improvement, etc.)
• Knowledge of main IT/Digital solutions (e.g., ERP)
• Knowledge of Manufacturing 4.0 and AI/ GenAI
• Knowledge of key business & pharma processes
• Excellent digital tool awareness: applied experiences in Python, SAP, Power BI, Power Automate
