Role Purpose:
To study and analyze the revenue and expenses of our Retail Business and give guidance to
sales and finance team to improve profitability To look at process improvements and document changes that will drive controls and better
financial management of our stores Job Responsibilities: 75% Profitability and Expense Monitoring

  • Monitor revenue performance and expenses per store
  • Analyze store performance and financial data to support decision making
  • Preparation of financial reports per store for financial planning purposes
  • Coordinate and guide the sales team on store profitability and cost drivers
  • Conduct store audits to ensure accuracy of reports and monitor store performance
25% Process improvement and implementation
  • Channel and store process improvement
  • Help guide sales team in instituting changes in process (revenue process, inventory movement and management, store controls.


Qualifications
Education:
  • Accounting graduate (non-CPA)
Experience Required:
  • Experience in financial analysis and planning
  • Retail experience a plus
