Job Description

The objective of Risk Management (and Compliance) Manager function is to establish and maintain governance and oversight on the effectiveness of fraud risk management and information security digital risk management. Said function would also handle compliance matter.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, he/she will have the following responsibilities:

• Support risk governance and oversight on the effectiveness of risk management and compliance
• Establish and maintain risk/ compliance standards (policy/ procedures/ guidelines)
• Prepare risk/ compliance reports
• Provide risk/ compliance advisory to business units
• Drive risk/ compliance awareness and training program
• Work with stakeholders to implement risk/ compliance programme and ensure alignment to the OCBC Group
• Assist in the investigation of risk/ compliance matters
• Monitor open cases till resolution
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Perform ad-hoc assignment/ project

Qualifications
Experience required:

• At least 3 years of experience in risk management/compliance
• Good knowledge in risk management/compliance (include personal data protection act "PDPA")
• Good knowledge and experience with legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to fraud risk management and compliance matter (Singapore and regional Asia)
• Experienced in PDPA is advantageous
• Good problem analysis and resolution skills
• Ability to contribute through others, collaborate well across business units, cultures and locations
• Good written and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with stakeholders and all levels of management
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond to tight deadlines
• Proactive and consistently show initiative, solution oriented
