Responsibilities



Handle day-to-day operations administrative tasks including delivery orders and related documentation.

Maintain and update inventory records; prepare stock movement.

Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, transport to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor incoming and outgoing pallet shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Prepare compliance and audit documentation as required.

Provide general office administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements



Minimum GCE 'O' Level; Diploma or NITEC in Business, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.

At least 1-2 years' experience in administrative, warehouse, or logistics support preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Good communication skills and a team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month

Work Location: In person
