We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Admin Assistant to join our operations team in West Singapore. The role involves providing administrative support, delivering excellent customer service, performing data entry, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Provide timely updates to customers on delivery status
Ensure proper delivery documentation, including invoices, quotation and delivery receipts
Monitor vehicle's location and efficiency using GPS
Answer phone calls and professionally handle delivery-related customer complaints or issues
Able to perform all administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
O Level and above, with at least 1-year relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude
Adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and open to learning and development
Immediate availability is a plus
