Part Time Operations Executive
Responsibilities
We are seeking for an organised, resourceful and committed individual to manage the following:
Key role to support project activities.
Faciliate planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
Support the sales team with administrative tasks
Identify, Implement and monitor operational improvements
Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology or equivalent.
Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Independent, organized, meticulous, team player and a fast worker.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
Minimum 1 year working experience in project support, operations, marketing is a plus.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
