Location: Defu Lane (Hougang) * Working Days: 5.5 days * Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm 8:30am -1:00pm * Salary : $1600 to $2100 [Max] Responsibilities * Check and report for any vari Location: Defu Lane (Hougang) Working Days: 5.5 days Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm 8:30am -1:00pm Salary : $1600 to $2100 [Max] Responsibilities Check and report for any variances between physical stock summary report and individual voucher presented by the store Collect and bank in payment cheques Attend to customer queries and orders Arrange delivery trips and follow up on any rejected goods Record and arrange Store's OT schedule and claims Attend to authorities' inspection on site, disputes (if any) Daily stock take Disseminate depot rules and regulations to all stakeholders Manage good housekeeping Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Responsible, excellent organization, problem solving and communications skills Resourceful, self-motivated and meticulous Proactive, able to work independently
