As an intern, you will support the daily coordination and administrative tasks related to new car operations, job tracking, and reporting. This is a great opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry and be exposed to real operational workflows.
1) Coordination

• Allocate and manage Daily Diary (DD) job requests to contractors.
• Monitor and track the quantity of DD jobs assigned.
• Print and distribute the Daily Diary Summary Report for contractors.
• Update internal statistics reports with assigned and completed jobs.
• Send out compiled Daily Diary reports to relevant managers.

2) OBU Management (On-Board Unit / ERP Device Handling)

• Manage the On-Board Unit Management (OBUM) system.
• Place orders for On-Board Units (OBUs) as required.
• Assign OBUs to vehicles as per job allocation.
• Update OBU labels and sync data into both the Statistics Report and Incadea system.
• Generate reports related to OBUM and submit them via Concur for processing.

3) Procurement & Finance Support

• Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.
• Assist in invoice processing and submission for approvals.
• Support basic finance documentation in Concur (SAP/Expense platform).

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Admin, Operations, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the automotive industry is a plus!
