Net Marketing Services started digital currency business in 2009. Since late 2019, Net Marketing Services has been focusing on the sale and purchase of cryptocurrency through remote and/or face to face deals in our office. Net Marketing Services has been granted an exemption from holding a license and allowed to continue business under the MAS Payment Service Act 2019.

We are looking for a Full-Time Operations and Administrative Manager to work with us in a Singapore Cryptocurrency OTC Desk Company. We are a small organization in a fast moving and ever changing Fintech Industry. As such, you will be involved in a multitude of tasks and expected to adapt to our environment quickly.

Your Task includes:

• Contacting interested buyers/sellers who made enquiry on our services and performing verification and kyc checks

• On-Boarding new customers into our Ecurrencyzone Website and completing the trade deals

• Data entry, recording and maintaining transactions using Google Spreadsheet

• Monitoring Crypto and market related news and research on upcoming NFT/Blockchain Projects

• Assist in drafting compliance documents and handling MAS queries

• Banking and Cash Related Activities - Deposit and collecting of Cash, Cheque, consolidating receipts for record purpose

• Other Ad-hoc and administrative duties

Requirement:

• Able to converse in English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office

• Have high level of Integrity

• Customer service oriented

Preferable:

• Singaporean

• Having knowledge and interest in Cryptocurrency & Blockchain is a plus

• Having some knowledge in IT and Computer Programming is a plus

• Having some knowledge in compliance AML/CFT is a plus

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Willingness to learn new things

Location: International Plaza, Nearest MRT - Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 10am to 7pm Saturday | 10am to 2pm (Half day time off on 1 of the weekdays)

Basic Salary: $2750-$2900
