Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Advisor will be undergoing a structured program which includes completing all assigned tasks, performing duties in different sections of Operations, gaining knowledge of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business operations, learning how to handle customer complaints/disputes, providing support and suggestions for improvements, updating records and preparing documentation. With expert knowledge of the industry, you will play an integral part in applying your understanding of the industry towards strategic trends and building a rewarding F&B experience. Your role will be challenging and varied; you will be proactive in identifying and developing new business opportunities whilst demonstrating a passion for the Company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans, delivering results in alignment with the business objectives and targets of the Company
• Lead the development and implementation of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s strategies to maximize growth and profitability
• Ensure integration between marketing, sales and revenue optimization plans with internal strategies
• Review operating results with General Manager and identify opportunities to improve performance
• Optimize and strengthen the operating performance of current businesses
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with daily operations
• Participate in meetings and other learning opportunities
• Observing and learning from experienced team members
• Gaining knowledge and learn about Company\xe2\x80\x99s business, policies, SOPs and processes
• Familiarising with outlet operations
• Fulfilling any KPIs and goals set out at the start of the program
• Creating presentations and preparing documents and reports as required
• Other duties/projects as assigned by General Manager
