Job Description

Responsibilities: Planning and implementation of maintenance schedules of all plant equipment. Supervision and coordination with in-house contractor for all plant equipment works related to daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, shutdown maintenance and plant additional and alteration works. Assist in manufacturing standard operating procedure outlining and reviewing. Assist in ISO 14001 & 45001 new certification. Ensure all plant activities are carried out in accordance to the Company's QEHS Standards, statutory requirements and best industry practices. Maintain proper maintenance records in order to provide good maintenance history for future reference and troubleshooting purposes. Conduct failure root cause analysis and take appropriate corrective measures. Keep track of the stock level of critical equipment spare parts and consumables to avoid unnecessary downtime due to lack of spares. Arrange for calibration or conduct calibration of critical process instruments. Lead a group of production technicians in the safe and smooth running of the production. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. Responsible for building facilities management and maintenance such as solvent/toxic waste collection, scrubber system, mechanical ventilation, ultra-pure water, compress dry air, laboratory inert gases, Class 100 & Class 1,000 cleanroom, automatic fire sprinkler protection and etc. Able to multi-task, hardworking, willing to work long hours and manage work efforts on multiple projects according to assigned priorities. Able to work under pressure, prioritize work-load, systematic and make sound decisions - expected to have a high level of resilience, initiative, interpersonal skill, pro-active, driven to excel and work in a fast pace environment.Requirements: Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Production Engineering. 3 - 5 years of work experience in Chemical industry or semiconductor wafer manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to prioritize workload, make systematic and logical decisions under pressure Have a penchant for details, strict with processes and production tasks. Team player with strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Willing to respond to emergency situations (if necessary). Willing to work at Tuas Link area (10mins walking distance from Tuas Link MRT). Willing to travel if required (if necessary).
