Operations & Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Support Operation Manager in all technical & maintenance duties as assigned.2. Ensure maintenance & technical tasks in comply with internal SOP, corporate safety, industrial standards and local Authority regulatory.3. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and tool issues to ensure safety and efficiency production.4. Upkeep the work areas and maintain work tools in good working conditions.5. Ensure proper documentation processing and filing for record tracing purposely.6. Perform routine sampling, patrolling and data logging.7. Clean production equipment and work areas.8. Operate utility and process equipment.9. Carry out loading and unloading raw materials charging activities.10. Load the chemical liquid from ISO tanker lorries with full PPE outfit to ISO tanker/production filling line.11. Execution of preventive maintenance program.Requirements: 1. Higher Nitec/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / E&E or equivalent.2. Minimum 3 years relevant experience, Semi-con experience would be added advantage.3. Forklift license preferred.4. Able to work under fast pace and pressure environment.5. Excellent interpersonal skills.6. Quick learner and self-initiative.7. Willing to work at Tuas Link area (10mins walking distance from Tuas Link MRT).
