Key Responsibilities:

The individual will join the OTC & FX Paper Confirmations Team within Trade Validation group. The OTC & FX Team reviews and prepares Trade confirmations across a variety of derivative products including: Interest Rate Products, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and FX. The team interacts with clients and business partners based globally.

• Preparation of OTC&FX Paper Trade Confirmation for Investment Banking and Private Bank businesses through validation of information from broker confirmations, term sheets and trade booking systems.
• Managing the change agenda to enhance controls, improve straight through processing, client experience and adherence to regulatory targets and industry benchmarks.
• Participation in projects and operational improvements with a commitment to deliver results in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversight of vendor team to ensure quality delivery of Key Performance Indicators, KRIs and timely reporting and resolution of queries.
• Review existing templates to ensure approved templates are updated to reflect ISDA and industry published standard methodologies with relevant legal and front office approvals. Coordinating with key business partners including Front Office, Client and Vendors directly.

• Product understanding for Interest Rate Products, Equity Derivatives, Credit Derivatives and FX.
• Experience of independently working along this Front to Back Process including Legal, Front Office and/or Clients
• Proactive and highly motivated with a willingness to learn
• Outstanding English communication skills, both oral and written
