Investigate and resolve customer remittances queries in accordance with established service level agreement and payment guidelines
Work with business units, agent banks/correspondent banks to resolve remittance queries
Process failed remittances in accordance to procedures
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager
Job requirements
Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in finance or any related fields
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking operations role
Related experience in payments is a plus
Good to have experience in banking or financial industry.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint with O365.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate with the team
