Job Description
\xc2\xb7 Perform operational activities pertaining to margin calls and collateral maintenance\xc2\xb7 Perform maintenance activities relating to Unit Trust Funds\xc2\xb7 Ensure processing accuracy of all work performed\xc2\xb7 Ensure assigned tasks are processed in accordance with agreed service levels\xc2\xb7 Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and policies\xc2\xb7 Support any other tasks related to reconciliation and report preparation activities\xc2\xb7 Handle queries from internal stakeholders, external counterparties, relationship managers and relationship officers\xc2\xb7 Participate in on-going IT system enhancement, testing, launching & implementing of new system and new business initiatives\xc2\xb7 Handle ad hoc projects/initiatives as assignedQualifications\xc2\xb7 Diploma Holder or above\xc2\xb7 Good product & banking knowledge\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and have a keen eye for details\xc2\xb7 Able to identify, assess, monitor and mitigate operational risks from time to time\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player\xc2\xb7 Able to multi-task and adapt to changes\xc2\xb7 Good inter-personal skills
