Operations Analyst (Tech Company)

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Resourcefulness: Ability to independently adapt and identify solutions to the changing demand in a fast-paced working environment
  • Reporting and Visualization: Develop clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements that optimize workflows and increase operational efficiency.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders and wider FacOps team to elicit and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Solution Oriented: Assist in the development and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and drive process improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to support their decision-making processes.
  • Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the organization.
  • Client meetings: Provide support and participate in Client QBR (Quarterly Business Reviews), Monthly Partnership, and other related meetings
  • Documentation management: Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
  • Operation Support: Provide support to Manager and FacOps Team where required to support account deliverables
  • Team connector: Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with team member for optimized systems/workflow integration
Other responsibilities include

  • Support Functional Team\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives
Key skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent client service and communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of complex issues concurrently.
  • Experienced in financial reporting and general financial acumen
  • Goal oriented and focused on meeting performance targets.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage staff
  • Customer experience an advantage
Required Qualifications, & Experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Facilities Management/ Economics, Finance, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Operation Analyst or similar role, preferably in a real estate, consulting, or corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
