- Reply to emails from customers or other business inquiries promptly.
- Assist in resolving customer queries
- Pick and pack orders from stock accurately and efficiently
- Ensure timely processing and shipment of orders
- Receive and process incoming stocks
- Assist in the counting and tracking of inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document organization
- Participate in special projects or initiatives
- To assist the company in all other areas if needed
- Ability to work independently or as a team player
- Able to assist in other areas if required
- Ability to lift cartons/boxes and stand for extended period of time
- Ability to read and understand English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Available to work 2-3 weekdays per week
