Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Assist with the movement and arrangement of supplies, equipment, and furniture within the centre. Support staff in setting up rooms, common areas, and facilities as needed. Run errands within and outside the centre (e.g., delivery of documents, purchase of small items, restocking pantry supplies). Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing deliveries. Provide ad hoc support to the guest relations team in daily routines and centre upkeep. Report any maintenance or facility-related issues to the Operations Manager for follow-up. Perform other odd jobs and tasks assigned to support the smooth running of the centre.

Requirements



Minimum nitec education. Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting, moving items). Possess a

pleasant, approachable, and service-oriented personality

. Able to interact politely and respectfully with staff, mothers, and families Responsible, punctual, and able to follow instructions. Willingness to perform a variety of tasks, including routine and ad hoc duties. Team player with a positive and helpful attitude.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
