Manage all correspondence with customers and vendors.
Oversee customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
Track and monitor inventory; generate purchase orders and vendor credit notes.
Manage accounts receivable and payable.
Handle online store operations, including orders, payments, and deliveries.
Utilize IT systems effectively to support business operations.
Assist in organizing requirements for medical conferences and seminars.
Coordinate overseas travel arrangements for the CEO and medical events.
Support the printing and preparation of marketing and event collaterals.
Manage bottling and packaging services.
Oversee transportation and coordinate with the warehouse for storage of office items.
Conduct product demonstrations for beauty devices.
Prompt and effective handling of client queries.
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least relevant qualifications or certifications from the Professional Institution.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent written and spoken English and
Possess good presentation and interpersonal skills
Expertise in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT software.

Salary: S$2,300/- - S$2,700/- per month
