Operations Assistant
Job Description
Manage and Support the daily maintenance and repair operations for the Nursing Home. Perform routine maintenance of Medical & Non-Medical equipment in accordance to maintenance schedule. Perform non-routine maintenance of Medical & Non-Medical equipment when requested by the wards / offices. Planning and manage maintenance of non-critical medical support equipment. Perform work related duties/projects as assigned by the Head of Department / Reporting Officer. Updating of daily inventory movement. Receiving and checking of in-coming stocks from respective vendors. Packing and delivery of weekly supplies to respective wards (Nursing / Non-Nursing) Preferably with relevant working experience in the healthcare industry. Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills. Basic Microsoft Office Knowledge required.
