Role Description
This position reports to the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of everyday operations of the security agency, including deployments, logistics, rostering and communication to security officers etc.
Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1. Assist in security officer logistics.
2. Assist in liaison and rostering of security officers.
3. Assist in deployment processes for security officers like recruitment, interviews, On the Job Trainings, Site Orientations.
Competencies
Gain a wholistic view to security deployments and operations, thereby being able to operate the security of several sites by the end of the traineeship.
