DESIGNATION : Operations Assistant (Campaigns and Promotions)

RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for assisting in campaign set-up, creation of promotions, uploading of banners, editing of images when required and other ad-hoc daily tasks. You are required to be familiar with system flows and understand the different promotion mechanic setups and ensure all promotions are activated timely and accurately. Key tasks and responsibilities

• Manage day to day operations such as ensuring promotion are created accurately, monitoring and tracking of redemptions, update and maintain content on the homepage, brand page and campaign page
• Assist with campaigns and placements set-up
• Conduct daily checks to ensure all offer prices are reflected accurately
• Uploading of weekly promotions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum GCE O/N’level or ITE certificate
• Ability to multitask and prioritize well
• Familiar/have worked with operating systems at previous jobs
• Able to commit for 1 year
• Basic Microsoft and G-suite skills required (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
• Meticulous and organized
