What you will deliver

• Responsible for warehousing duties and ensure a smooth operational flow.
• In-charge of inbound from IKEA ISL and outbound to Delivery and D + A team.
• Perform quality checks and stock count of IB orders.
• Update email orders and Booking Schedule.
• Prepare and consolidate Delivery Orders.
• Signed DO for payment submission.
• Assist in managing daily IB booking schedule and liaise with Customer and IKEA B2B Team.
• Management of goods distribution to driver team.

Who you are

• Basic proficiency of computer skills.
• Able to take initiative and be proactive in problem solving.
• Prior experience working in a warehouse environment and customer service is a plus.
• Committed to their work and have a strong sense of responsibility.
• Basic command of English, spoken and written, is required
• Available to start work immediately
• Comfortable with working over weekends and public holidays; work schedule to be discussed with Supervisor.
• 5 weekdays plus 1 weekend work schedule.
