Responsibilities * Daily trade processing and daily trade reconciliation

Involve in trade life cycle and core operational workflows
Core operational support to the trading desk
Resolve daily trade issues and monitor corporate actions
Produce and generate internal NAV estimates on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Involve in month-end NAV production process with fund administrator for fund and SMA (separately managed account) entities
Participate in ad-hoc projects, automation and workflow enhancements

Profile Requirements * Strong knowledge in operational workflows relating to equities long/short strategy

Product knowledge in listed equities, listed equities swaps, listed futures, listed options, FX hedging
Technical knowledge in fund accounting and NAV production
Technical knowledge in Excel, VBA, OEMS, PMS (Eze, Enfusion, Paladyne and others)
Ability to learn quickly and operate in fast-paced/dynamic work environment
Critical problem-solving skills, analytical, logical and methodical
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience from buy-side hedge fund firm or fund administrator
Degree in accountancy, economics, finance or equivalent discipline
