Job Description
:
You are responsible for the transportation of residents and items of the nursing home. Duties include the cleaning and maintenance of the assigned vehicle. Besides transportation duties, you are to provide support to the facilities and security team of the Home.
- Plan and schedule daily transportation routes
- Conduct general maintenance of transporter and in-vehicle equipment
- Assist residents to board and alight the transporter with care and safety
- Ensure the safety precaution are taken in the course of work
- Ensure the transporter is clean at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- Able to read and write simple English
- Possess valid class 3 driving license
- Able to do shift work, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
- Good team player
