Our client is a global MNC in the Supply Chain industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Operations & Business Improvement Manager - Asia to join their team , in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area.
Duties:
Oversee and enhance business systems to ensure they meet the needs across all departments in Asia.
Provide Trainings for department heads in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) based on system functions.
Partner with senior management to identify performance gaps and help develop projects that drive improvement.
Support process improvement efforts by gathering and interpreting data, managing project risks, and streamlining workflows.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and support both internal and external audits.
Lead the delivery of technical training programs, from onboarding new staff to updating teams on system upgrades or process changes.
Be the regional go-to person for system-related questions or issues, and ensure timely first-level support is provided.
Work with software developers and internal experts to design, improve, and implement system solutions based on business needs.
Ensure system design balances ease of use with functional performance.
Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams, building a positive and solutions-focused environment.
Strengthen team knowledge and support their development to keep up with evolving business needs.
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in improving business operations.
Minimum Degree in Business and any relevant field.
