Job Opening: Operations Coordinator (Plumbing Experience Required)





Location: Singapore


Employment Type: Full-Time





Key Responsibilities:





Supervise daily operations and job scheduling Lead and manage field teams to ensure quality and efficiency Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations Oversee inventory, tools, and materials management Prepare photos and service reports Prepare isometric drawings and material take offs (MTO) prior to project commencement Plan and control material orders, track deliveries, and monitor material usage to prevent wastage. Brief workers on installation methods, safety rules, and PPE requirements before commencement of work. Attend site inspections. Report daily site progress, challenges and technical issues directly to the Porject Manager Prepare CAD drawings for related projects.


Requirements:





Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing or related trade Proven leadership or supervisory experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities driving license required
