About the Role:
The Operations Coordinator handles all administrative tasks that support day-to-day location operations. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and takes direction from senior operational leaders.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Report Reconciliation -Station Manager's Weekly Report (SMWR):

• Inactive Vehicles
• Open Movement
• Overdue
• Exception Report (WRSCEX)
• Manage daily Porche activation request and delivery
• Process long term rental rollovers, mini lease and extended rentals.
• Fuel reconciliation and daily counter settlements.
• Respond to Medallia feedback.
• Support local Marketing Manager with administrative tasks where required.
• Assist with location emails, phone enquiries, customer service requests and reservation information updates.
• Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, and Marketing Manager.
• Provide counter assistance to location during peak periods as required.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including training logins, site tour and updating staff records.
• Assist employees with general queries and escalate to management if required.
• Conducting work in a safe manner, complying with Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental policies/ procedures and being familiar with emergency evacuation procedures to eliminate or minimise workplace health and safety risks. This includes the reporting of all accidents, near accidents and hazards.
• Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision.
• Driving vehicles as required.
• Other reasonable duties as requested by Senior Management.

What we are looking for:

• Proven understanding and application of the Customer Service and administrative process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of car rental Industry will be Essential
• A full driver's license
