Job Description
s:
- To operate the designated establishments assigned.
- Take care and supervise the children visiting KidZania.
- Facilitate, guide and conduct Role Play by introducing children to adult-style jobs in KidZania.
- Ensure that learning is fun and exciting in KidZania.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
- Ensure that the SOP and other safety guidelines are adhered.
- Participate in the trainings necessary for your role in the park, which in this case is Establishment SOP Training, Emergency Response and First Aid Training, KidZania Essence Training.
- Reports to your immediate Manager/Team Leader regarding status of establishment, maintenance requirements and safety measures.
- Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing task of the park.
- Conduct daily cleaning of the establishment and the park.
- Interact with children in different activities and guide them to be a Doctor, Fireman, Pilot, Model, Actor and much more plus offering them an excellent service.
- Any other tasks allocated to you by the management which may not be specified in this but are within your competencies
Requirements:
- Good Communication skills and confidence to talk to children and parents
- Able to deal playfully with young children
- Customer oriented
- Presentable and professional
- Willing to work in Sentosa Island
