Assist in handling procurement activities which include liaising with the Sales & Project teams on purchase requisitions and issuing of Purchase Orders
Assist in planning shipments, liaise and coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders
Assist to monitor and record on import/export activities
Assist to prepare, submit and file relevant administration documents
Handle administrative duties
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondences (phone calls, letters, emails etc)
Proper maintenance of all office equipment
Undertake any other office duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Minimum ITE in Office Administration
Minimum 3 years\' relevant experience
Strong attention to details with ability to multi-task
Independent and able to organise work efficiently
Good verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
