Responsibilities:
  • Handle Airfreight & Seafreight Operation from A-Z; (Received Bookings/Orders>Planning & Arrangement>Liaising >expertized>documentation>follow up>ensure cargo reach to the correct destination/customer>billing & costing. etc.)
  • Handling Customer\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries and ensure to comply with operation procedures
  • Handle Shipment \xe2\x80\x93 process documentation, manifest, invoices, cost capturing
  • Coordinate with airlines and co-loader to arrange for space booking
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, carriers, warehouse, and transport sub-contractors, collection of goods with the traffic controller
  • Ensures SOP alignment to customer expectations and company\'s agreed standards of performance.
  • Attending to Customs, Agents and Government Authorities enquires
  • Provides quotations to customers
  • Support Sales Department in quoting, liaising, and following up.
  • To promote our service to new clients.
  • Handling of permit declaration and liaison with airlines and customers.
  • To ensure timely and accurate handling of all tradenet declarations and submissions.
  • To ensure billing is completed timely and files are closed correctly within a given timeframe.
  • Operations to assist and work closely with the warehouse.
  • Must Engage and involve with all company activities and implementation.
  • Any other ad hoc basis work on administrative duties assigned by the Manager.
  • Other responsibilities that may be delegated or stipulated by management from time to time
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the related field with both Air and Sea an added advantage
  • Previous Freight Forwarding Experience would be an added advantage
  • Possess sound knowledge of permit declaration would be an added advantage
  • Should be familiar with Air Import / Air Export / Seafreight process flows.
  • Must be able to work towards deadlines and according to SOPs and with KPIs.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel applications.
  • Good working attitude, hardworking and able to perform under pressure, and ability to multi-task
  • Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
